Join the fight to save Mona Vale from new NSW planning rules for low and mid-rise developments which allow:
- up to 6 storeys within 400 metres of the town centre (R3 zones)
- up to 4 storeys between 400 and 800 metres of the town centre (R3 zones)
- up to 2-3 storeys - terraces, townhouses, low and mid-rise apartments and shop-top housing within 800 metres of the centre (R1 and R2 zones)
These blanket rules override local planning and community voices and will deliver luxury apartments not the accessible diverse housing our community needs. Mona Vale should be exempted immediately.
