The NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into the safety and quality of health services provided by Northern Beaches Hospital is now underway. 

It's important that the Committee conducting the Inquiry hear your experiences, every submission can help improve the care our community receives at Northern Beaches Hospital. If you would like to upload a submission please click the link here and follow the steps on the webpage. 

The Inquiry will be accepting submissions about experiences at the hospital that occurred from the 30 October 2018 to 13 March 2025, you can read the full terms of reference by clicking the link here.
