You are prohibited from donating if you are: a property developer; a tobacco industry business entity; a liquor or gambling industry business entity; a close associate of a prohibited donor; or any industry representative organisation if the majority of its members are such prohibited donors. You can find the full details on the NSW Electoral Commission website.
